Education:

Position Requirements:
The Director of Business Development must have experience in leading business development within an Internet strategy company with a focus on marketing, branding and Internet systems, business systems and systems integration.
Proven executive-level Business Development experience specific to the consulting industry.
Enterprise-wide Web Solutions experience and solution selling expertise.
Experience with e-Commerce and Customer Relationship Management solutions preferred.
Excellent relationship building skills and extensive client interaction experience.
Excellent writing skills and extensive proposal development experience.

Project Manager

Job Description:
Manage a set of complex projects, coordinating the efforts of programmers, database experts, web content specialists.

Education:
BS or MBA with a concentration business development.

Position Requirements:
You will need a minimum of 2 years Project Management experience, preferably in internet technologies.
Develop Project Plans including schedules and budgets.
Managing projects within time, cost and quality parameters
Conducting project reviews and providing status reports.

Art Director

Job Description:
Define the creative strategy for client solutions.
Execute high-level design and development as needed.

Education:
BFA in accredited art/design school and 3-5 years experience in the the visual communications industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Position Requirements:
Experience in Web advertising, marketing, corporate identity, brand management, sales promotion and/or new media communication.
Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
